DESCRIPTION:7-10PM // $6 // All Ages \nCinder Well is a haunting folk project chartered by singer\, songwriter\, and multi-instrumentalist Amelia Baker. Cinder Well’s muse is found in old and abandoned houses. The music features Baker’s cathartic poetry\, uplifting melodic lines\, rattling drones\, and eerie harmonies. Cinder Well has performed to critical acclaim in a wide range of venues\, alongside luminaries such as Lankum\, Landless\, Gwenifer Raymond\, and Johanna Warren. Cinder Well’s vividly original sound grows out of its anarcho-folk punk roots\, and the traditional music of Ireland and Appalachia.\nCinder Well’s latest album\, “The Unconscious Echo”\, was released in May 2018. It features Amelia Baker on guitar and vocals\, Marit Schmidt (Vradiazei\, Disemballerina\, Sangre De Muerdago) on viola\, Mae Kessler (Ekstasis) on violin\, Magnus Nymo (Regn\, Blackbird Raum) on drums and vocals\, Pete Olynciw (Blato Zlato\, Blackbird Raum) on upright bass\, with a special track featuring CPN of Blackbird Raum on old-time fiddle.\ncinderwell.bandcamp.com \nHollan\nHollan is a 22 year old singer/songwriter residing in Humboldt County\, California.
