Meeting Space for Community Groups
Outer Space Arcata is proudly home to a variety of community groups that use the space for meetups. From drawing circles, to poetry workshops, to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, Outer Space strives to provide a low-cost meeting space for groups that nourish our community. Space rental fees for community groups are sliding scale, starting at $5.

Band Practice / Rehearsal Space
As a hub for live and local music, Outer Space offers a central location for musicians in need of a practice space. We offer limited gear for shared use as well, including a PA, microphones, microphone and instrument cables.
Space rental fees for bands are sliding scale, starting at $20 per hour. A monthly equipment insurance fee of $10 is also required, regardless of shared equipment used, to ensure that we can replace any shared equipment as necessary.
